East Coast Powersports sent a vehicle to pick the bike up at its location at a very reasonable price and even tweaked one or two items on the bike that they didn't charge me for. When asked why, Tran, the service manager, simply said, "We value our customers, and we're glad you chose us. It's our way of saying thank you." What a great way to do business!"

"I bought a Suzuki Vstrom 650 ABS and loved. This was my first motorcycle purchase in the US and I was impressed with the professionalism the sales persons (Joe and Gino) have provided during the sale process with no hassle and open game. Below a little fact that elevated my purchase experience with this dealer: they didn't have the Vstrom ABS in the store> Apparently it was in some warehouse. After weeks of delays by the hauling company they recognized some customer frustration and sent over a wkd the company's truck to pick it up. As a customer I was impressed with their attention to the situation. Also the guys in the pasts department were helpful explaining options/details that facilitate my purchasing experience. Only problem Suziki accessories takes a long time to be delived. Good job East Cost! "
